TIP: Sauté the kimchi in some butter briefly to warm it up and reduce the liquid. This sandwich is very tangy, do not make it if you’re on the fence about kimchi! I loved it, and may add some melted cheese next time! (I also think regular mayo may work better than lemonaise!)
